Comparing EFL Teachers’ Organizational Integrity and Obligation at Pakistani Universities

This study was made to have comparison of organizational integrity and obligation among university English teachers in Government Universities Pakistan. It deductive which used survey method for data collection. University Lahore Pakpattan campus, Education Vehari, Khwaja Fareed UEIT Rahim Yar Khan, Bahauddin Zakariya (henceforth BZU) Multan were selected as sample population this study. In order find Universities, two types questionnaires applied, i.e. Organizational Integrity Questionnaire Obligation with a reliability 0.833 0.751 respectively. Data analyzed by ANOVA, Post-hoc Tukey's test independent-samples t-test. Results tell that there well-built observation about teachers. A factor-wise entailed valuable difference between based on gender ranks. The suggested recommendations enforce universities measures boost up the
